Blending clinical expertise with a deep respect for your unique story.
As a bilingual counselor (Spanish/ English), I offer a warm, attuned, and culturally affirming space where all identities are welcome. I utilize evidence-based practices and tailor treatment to your unique needs, drawing from a relational, trauma-responsive lens. In our work together, you can expect curiosity, thoughtful challenge, and a commitment to your growth.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating key life transitions, whether it's challenges in school, entering the workforce, or developing a clearer sense of self. I have extensive experience supporting individuals through body image issues and eating disorders, anxiety, perfectionism, substance use, and relational difficulties.
Additionally, I work with clients who are using GLP-1 medications as part of their health journey, offering support around the emotional and psychological shifts that can accompany these treatments. This includes exploring body image, identity, culture, and relationship to food in a compassionate and non-judgmental space.
Healing begins when we’re willing to face ourselves, our habits, our hurt, and our truths. I’ll support you in approaching that honesty with compassion and curiosity, helping you build the clarity and strength needed to move forward.
